Do I need to be home during the cleaning?

That’s completely up to you. Many of our clients prefer to be away while we clean, while others choose to be home. If you won’t be home, we’ll arrange secure access ahead of time to ensure everything goes smoothly.

What's the difference between a standard clean and a deep clean?

A standard (recurring) clean covers regular maintenance tasks — vacuuming, mopping, kitchen surfaces, bathroom sanitization, and general tidying. A deep clean goes several layers further: inside appliances, behind furniture, grout lines, baseboards, ceiling fans, window tracks, and all the areas regular cleaning skips. We recommend a deep clean as your first visit, then transition to regular recurring service.

Do you bring your own cleaning supplies?

Yes. We provide all necessary cleaning supplies and equipment. However, if you have specific products you’d like us to use, just let us know in advance and we’ll be happy to accommodate. Customers can provide their own cleaning supplies for personalized cleaning.

What happens if I need to reschedule or cancel?

We understand that schedules can change. If you need to reschedule or cancel, we ask that you notify us at least 24 hours in advance to avoid any cancellation fees. If cancelled less than 24 hours before service, the deposit will be forfeited. Same-day rescheduling will result in a $25 rescheduling fee.

If a customer is ever unsatisfied with a Google Guaranteed service, Google may offer reimbursement.
