That’s completely up to you. Many of our clients prefer to be away while we clean, while others choose to be home. If you won’t be home, we’ll arrange secure access ahead of time to ensure everything goes smoothly.

If you have specific products you prefer we use, we’re happy to accommodate them to make sure your space feels fresh, safe, and uniquely yours. Yes. We provide all necessary cleaning supplies and equipment. However, if you have specific products you’d like us to use, just let us know in advance and we’ll be happy to accommodate. Customers can provide their own cleaning supplies for personalized cleaning.

We understand that schedules can change. If you need to reschedule or cancel, we ask that you notify us at least 24 hours in advance to avoid any cancellation fees. If cancelled less than 24 hours before service, the deposit will be forfeited. Same-day rescheduling will result in a $25 rescheduling fee.
