Terms and Conditions

💬 Quote Validity

This service quote is valid for eight (8) calendar days from the date issued.

💳 Deposit & Payment
  • A 20% non-refundable deposit is required at booking to secure your appointment.
  • The remaining balance is due immediately upon service completion.
  • For jobs over $250, a 50% progress payment will be collected during the appointment while cleaners are on-site.
  • If payment is not received by 8:00 PM on the day of service, the card on file may be charged.
  • Late payments may incur a 2% daily fee on the outstanding balance.

🔁 Rescheduling & Cancellation
  • Appointments may be rescheduled at no charge with at least 24 hours’ notice.
  • Same-day rescheduling will incur a $25 fee, due before the appointment is rebooked.
  • Same-day cancellations will result in a $75 fee.
  • All deposits are strictly non-refundable. Rescheduling is encouraged to avoid deposit loss.

💲 Pricing Adjustments

Pricing is based on information provided during booking and may be adjusted if:

  • Additional rooms or square footage are discovered
  • Property condition differs significantly from what was described

Any changes will be communicated in advance, and clients agree to pay the final adjusted total.

🚫 Service Scope & Limitations

Unless otherwise quoted, the following services are excluded:

  • Wall/baseboard stain removal
  • Trash removal beyond the driveway or junk haul-away
  • Biohazard cleanup (e.g., human/animal waste)
  • Mold, pest, or grout remediation
  • Interior cleaning of laundry machines, microwave hoods
  • Garage/porch sweeping or mopping
  • Moving appliances to clean behind them
  • Guaranteed stain removal after post-construction work

📸 Photo & Walkthrough Policy
  • Deposit grants Maid of the Day permission to take before-and-after photos for quality assurance.
  • A walkthrough is completed post-service to confirm satisfaction.
  • Once approved, service is deemed final and non-refundable.

🧽 Service Deficiencies
  • Service deficiencies are resolved via re-cleaning only.
  • Any concerns must be submitted within 24 hours, supported by photo evidence.
  • Refunds are not offered in place of re-cleaning.

📝 Agreement Confirmation

Submission of deposit or final payment confirms acceptance of the above Terms and Conditions.
